Dr. Oz appeared on Hannity last night and presented what he referred to as an ‘appetizing’ opportunity: we should open up our schools now as only 2-3% of kids will die.
The ‘doctor’ continued, “It might be a trade-off some folks would consider.”
The ever-so empathetic Dr. Oz made sure to note that “any life is a life lost,” adding that it’s important that “every child [gets] back into a school where they’re safely being educated, being fed and making the most out of their lives.”
It’s worth noting that this March, as a result of school closures, was the first March in nearly two decades without a school shooting in the U.S.
We did the math.
With roughly 56.6 million students in elementary, middle, and high school, Dr. Oz is perfectly content with letting 1.7 million kids die.
